Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Hejmoi app. If you got Hejmoi from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies too. How Hejmoi handles your data is in the Privacy Policy.

Using Hejmoi

• Keep your sign-in to yourself. You’re responsible for what’s done with your account.
• Only share trips with people you mean to, and only add documents and details you’re allowed to share with them.
• Don’t use Hejmoi to send unwanted invites, to store anything unlawful, or to get at other people’s trips.

Check the important details

Hejmoi reads bookings out of emails, partly with AI, and shows flight status from FlightAware. Both can be wrong or late. Always check times, gates and booking details with the airline, hotel or operator before you rely on them. Hejmoi isn’t responsible for missed connections or costs that come from information in the app.

Your content

What you add to Hejmoi stays yours. You let Hejmoi store it, show it to the people on your trips, and process it as the Privacy Policy describes, only to run the app for you.

Hejmoi Premium

• Premium adds email import, documents, live flight status and inviting others to plan. It covers everyone on the trips you make. Inviting people to view a trip is always free.
• Premium is a subscription, monthly or yearly, at the price shown in the app before you buy. Payment is taken from your Apple ID when you confirm.
• It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, you’re charged when it ends unless you cancel before then. Each Apple ID gets one trial.
• Manage or cancel Premium in Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or from Account in the app. Cancelling keeps Premium until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple.
• When Premium ends, everything you added stays. Features that need Premium stop working until you subscribe again.

Changes and ending

Hejmoi may change, add or remove features. If these terms change, the date above changes with it, and important changes are announced in the app. You can stop using Hejmoi at any time; to have your account deleted, see the Privacy Policy. An account used against these terms may be suspended.
